Roles:
- Design educational events (i.e., symposia) that can also be
repackaged as journals, publications, and other media
- Plan and produce educational events
- Develop speakers bureau
- Produce speaker event and oversee structure of program
Goal: 12 to 18 months
- First bi-annual International Symposium on the Proclamation
for Transforming the Lives of Children
- First aTLC Journal (from Symposium)
- Launch Speakers Bureau
- State launchings--person and team in each state to launch
proclamation (Pam)
- Have 50 qualified speakers throughout the world
Goals: 18 months to 2 years
- Plan and conduct traveling regional conferences (Suzanne)
- International launching teams and plan and execute first
international symposium
- Conference focusing on social services and legislative
change
- Plan and execute a conference geared to funding groups
Goals: 2 to 5 years
- Ongoing bi-annual aTLC symposia in the United States, Canada,
Europe, and Australia.
- Local and regional support groups/conferences
